Gobsmacked
Astonished, shocked, stunned, speechless.
Origin
There are two hypotheses about the origin of the word.
According to the first one, it comes from the gesture of striking the lips with an open palm as a sign of surprise.
According to the second one, it is an association with something so shocking that it feels like being slapped on the mouth.

He obviously thought he was paying me a compliment, but I was completely gobsmacked.
Michelle was absolutely gobsmacked to get a call from Madonna.
You can imagine how gobsmacked I was when I saw your face looking up at me from an application form.
