On October 11, the Employment Agency published an announcement on its website that the final deadline for submitting applications for training under 'I Can Do More' is November 2.

Initially, only the start date was announced, from which the reception of candidacy documents for training under 'I Can Do More' began – October 15. Now the deadline is also known.

Labour offices will have extended working hours during this period, the Employment Agency announcement also states.

required for applying to 'I Can Do More' are as follows:

  • Declaration;
  • Application (fill in online and download for printing);
  • Copy of Diploma for completed education (for university graduates and secondary education), with text on each page 'true to the original', and when submitting documents, the original is presented;
  • Copy of identity card.
  • Card with UIC (Unified Identification Code) for self-employed persons.

The declaration and application can be downloaded and filled in online – they are accepted only in paper format; the online forms are for convenient completion and printing.

In case the names on your diploma and/or identity card are different, you must fill out a 'declaration of name identity', which you can download from here.

The Procedure

for applying to 'I Can Do More' is as follows:

  1. Submission of Application and Declaration;
  2. Receipt of Notification from the Labour Office that the candidate is approved;
  3. Language level and training provider are specified after approval;
  4. Sending by the candidate of the Notification to the training provider of their choice;
  5. The provider returns the stamped Notification to the candidate;
  6. With the stamped Notification, the candidate receives a voucher from the Labour Office;
  7. Providing the voucher to the training provider;
  8. Beginning of training;

The right to participate in 'I Can Do More' have people working:

  • Under an employment contract;
  • Self-employed.

Do not have the right to participate in 'I Can Do More' those working in the public sector (state and municipal employees, Ministry of Interior, armed forces, education, state and municipal health facilities, etc.).
