This lesson covers the system of object pronouns (COD, COI, y, en) in French, working with an original dialogue set in a police station and substitution exercises.
About this lesson
In this lesson you will explore the system of object pronouns in French through an authentic dialogue set in a police station — «Revendications». You will learn when and how to use COD (le, la, les), COI (lui, leur) and the adverbial pronouns y and en, as well as how to put them in the right order in affirmative, negative and imperative sentences. The lesson includes tables, examples taken directly from the dialogue and a variety of interactive exercises. The vocabulary covers words related to character and city life from the story «La ville se réveille».
