About this lesson
In lesson four you will meet six key verbs in the present tense: aller (to go), venir (to come), habiter (to live), aimer (to like, to love), travailler (to work) and faire (to do, to make). You will learn how to use the prepositions à, en, au and aux correctly before the names of cities and countries. We will look at the impersonal expression il y a (there is, there are) and the difference between c'est and il/elle est. You will build your vocabulary with the names of nationalities, days of the week and months of the year.
