About this lesson

In this lesson you will learn how to form and use the passive voice in English. You will understand the difference between the active and the passive voice and see how the object of an active sentence becomes the subject of a passive one. You will practise transforming sentences through an exciting story about Jake and the villain Mario Borisov. You will master the correct use of the passive construction in the present, past and perfect tenses and learn key vocabulary from the text.
