Procedure and timeline for obtaining a voucher and starting training under the 'I Can' program
1. Ensure that you are employed on a labor contract.
2. Go to your local labor office and submit an Application (using the form provided by the labor office)
3. When completing the application, you must provide your personal data, including a copy of your ID card and a copy of your secondary education diploma.
4. Once you are approved to receive a voucher, you will be notified by the labor office – this may be done by phone, through a Notification Letter, or by other means. You can also check by phone in the meantime. Upon approval, you have 5 days to visit the labor office to receive a Notification for Inclusion in Training.
5. With the received notification, go to the office of Kabinata BG OOD, or send it there by courier.
6. The training provider (Kabinata BG OOD) signs and stamps a section of your Notification, where it records the start date of your training and the language in which you will study. If you sent the Notification by courier, we will return it to you by the same method.
7. With the stamped notification, go back to the labor office. Within a few days, you should be issued a Voucher. Bring the voucher to the office of Kabinata BG OOD.
8. As soon as we have your voucher, you sign a Training Agreement, after which you begin your training on the date specified in the notification.
9. From that moment, Kabinata BG OOD sends your program to the labor office and begins sending weekly and monthly reports to the labor office.
