Dear users,
Due to the significant interest in voucher-based training and the numerous questions you are asking us, we are publishing some of the answers we have provided:
I want to study remotely through the 'I Can Do More' program.
In this regard, please inform me if this is possible at Kabinata.com?
Best regards!
A: There is no problem with studying with us. You need to send us the Notification so we can complete and stamp it. Then you will return it to the labor office, which will issue you a voucher about 10 days before the course start date. You choose the course start date yourself – 29.08.11, 26.09.11, 24.10.11.
Once you receive the voucher, you need to send us both copies, sign a training agreement, and register on our website.
After you have gone through all the steps, your training begins on the date you have chosen.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.
Q: Thank you for the immediate response.
Today I tried to submit an application at the labor office, but they told me that they are not currently accepting documents for the 'I Can Do More' program. They expect to start accepting documents for this program in August or September. I hope that I will be able to join then and start studying English with you.
Is there a test to assess the level that would be appropriate for me (I assume I am at A1)?
Best regards!
A: If you want to study English, you can start from A1 /beginner/ or A2 /advanced/ level – you choose the level yourself. For other languages, for now you can only start from level A1.
We hope they approve you quickly! We will be waiting for you.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.

I have been approved
What is the training option at your place?
I am interested in the most intensive course possible.
A: Under the 'I Can Do More' program, the training period is fixed – 6 months. Three levels of a given language are covered, and after each level a test is taken /the duration of one level is 2 months/.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.
Is there no way to take these 300 hours more intensively, because if I have to leave in September I will have to return the money – a penalty. Thank you
The course with us is entirely online, which allows you to attend it wherever you are, as long as you have internet access.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.
Q: The situation is that there is a possibility I may leave for England in September, but it is not certain. If this happens and I have not finished the course, I will have to pay penalties and return 700 BGN. That is why I am interested in whether there is an option to take the hours more intensively.
A: There is no possibility to shorten the period, because the requirements for the time in which the given material must be covered are pre-established by the program.
You need to consider whether you will be able to dedicate 2 hours per week for lessons with an instructor and another 4-6 hours for independent work per week, in case of possible departure abroad. Your absence from the territory of the country is not an obstacle to completing the course, since, as was already mentioned in another email, our course is entirely online.
……………………………………………………………
because I recently completed secondary education and I have some knowledge of the language. Is it possible to start from the Intermediate level so that I make progress and avoid repetition of the material?
A: Under the 'I Can Do More' program, the course must cover 3 levels, so the highest level from which you can start is A2 /Pre-Intermediate/.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.

Q: Under the new 'I Can Do More' program, I am choosing you because your training is distance-based. My question is, after I complete the application online, what documents do I need to send to you?
Thank you in advance!
A: Once you receive the Notification that you have been approved, you need to bring it to us so we can complete and stamp it.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.

Q: I have been approved under the 'I Can Do More' program for English language training for beginners. I am looking for the best possible option for me, as I work in shifts and it will be a bit difficult. I expect you to send me the possible options you can offer. Thank you.
A: Starting your training under the 'I Can Do More' program, you must take 3 levels over 6 months, which means one level is 2 months. After each level you will take a test to move to the next level.
Under the 'I Can Do More' program you have minimum requirements that you must comply with. They are – 2 hours in a virtual classroom per week and another 6-7 hours of independent work on the mandatory material for each week. It doesn't matter which day you take the minimum hours, what matters is that you have them by the end of the week.
You can see the lesson schedule here:
https://www.kabinata.com/index.php?objid=7
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.

Q: I will register with you for an English language course with a voucher under the 'I Can Do More' program
I would like some more details. For example:
Monday
19:00-20:00
20:10-21:10
Is this the same lesson that repeats in both hours or are these 2 different lessons each day?
Do the Saturday and Sunday lessons continue the material from the week or can I, if I don't have the opportunity during the week, make up what I missed on Saturday/Sunday? /repeat the material from the week in those 2 hours/?
Can I see the text of the contract in advance before signing it?
Thank you!
A: In the weekday lessons, different lessons or topics for spoken English are covered. Saturday and Sunday lessons are review lessons.

I currently have a notification from the Labor Office.
I have some questions:
Is there a limit on the number of participants in one virtual classroom, because if the number is unlimited, the training will not be effective?
I understand that under the 'I Can Do More' program a total of 300 study hours of presence in the system for about 6 months must be covered – 100 per level, but what is the maximum time I can spend in the system for 6 months – is there a limit, can my presence be, for example, 1000 hours?
I live in Varna, how does registration work?
Have a successful day!
A: There are no limits on the number of participants in the virtual classroom, but no more than 8-10 people gather in one classroom on the same day.
There are no limits on the maximum number of hours you can take, you just need to cover the minimum hours required by the program.
It is not a problem that you are not from Sofia. You need to send us the Notification at the contact address indicated on our website. Additionally, you need to send us the course start date:
– 29.08.2011
– 26.09.2011
– 24.10.2011
– 21.11.2011
Phone and email for contact, Personal ID number. If the Notification is for English language, you must choose which level you will start from – A1 or A2. All other languages start from A1.
We will send you the completed Notification back. You need to return it to the labor office, which will issue the voucher about 10 days before the course start date. Both copies of the voucher must also be sent to us along with a training agreement, which I will send you as soon as I receive the Notification.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.

Q: I would like a bit more information about an English language course with a voucher under the 'I CAN DO MORE' program. I currently have the notification and I am looking for a provider. I read the information provided, but I still have questions:
Is the course with such a voucher 6 or 7 months long?
For these months, how many hours maximum can I spend in the system? And what is the maximum number of visits to virtual classrooms I have the right to, and what is the minimum?
What is counted /for 300 hours/ and tracked by the Labor Office – time spent in the system or visits to virtual classrooms? Is Business English a separate level and is it included in the 'I Can Do More' training?
What documents are issued upon course completion? If the entrance test determines my level as A1, but I want to register for higher levels, is there a problem? Is the highest level you offer B2?
Perhaps the questions have become many, but I have almost decided to become your client and I want to be sure that I have understood everything correctly so there are no problems.
I hope you will respond.
Have a successful day!
A: At Kabinata you can study 'I Can Do More'. You can find detailed information here.
Here are the answers to your questions:
Is the course with such a voucher 6 or 7 months long? – The course lasts 6 months, during which you have mandatory materials and time to spend in the system each week. After you finish, you have 1 month of bonus additional access.
For these months, how many hours maximum can I spend in the system? And what is the maximum number of visits to virtual classrooms I have the right to, and what must be the minimum? – At Kabinata you have access to all levels (except the mandatory 'I Can Do More'). You can attend all lessons in our English language program. The minimum according to 'I Can Do More', to meet the program requirements, is sufficient to be 1 hour per week in the virtual classroom.
What is counted /for 300 hours/ and tracked by the Labor Office – time spent in the system or visits to virtual classrooms? – time spent in the system. It depends on you whether the majority of these 300 hours will be spent in a virtual classroom or in independent work.
Is Business English a separate level and is it included in the 'I Can Do More' training? – yes. this is level B2. To have access to it, you must start from level A2 and take A2, B1 and B2.
What documents are issued upon course completion? – certificate for completed 'I Can Do More' course and/or certificate for completed course at Kabinata.
If the entrance test determines my level as A1, but I want to register for higher levels, is there a problem? Is the highest level you offer B2? – under 'I Can Do More' you must go through 3 levels, each 100 hours. A1, A2 and B1 or A2, B1 and B2. You have access to all levels at any time and if you wish, after you have completed the mandatory material, you can attend different levels, do written assignments from them, etc.
Best regards

Q: I have been approved for training under the 'I Can Do More' program for English language and since you offer offers with good opportunities, I decided to go with you, but I have questions. Since I work in shifts /one week first shift and one second shift, and Saturday and Sunday I rest/, I want to know exactly how attendance in classrooms works. Can I attend the classroom before noon one week and after noon the other week or on Saturday or Sunday? Are there classes only on days off and how many hours per week do I need in the classroom and respectively in the system? I will be grateful if you guide me on which course and from which date would be suitable so I can send you the notification for stamping.
Sincerely
A: Under the 'I Can Do More' program you have minimum requirements that you must fulfill. They are:
– minimum 2 hours per week in a virtual classroom /it doesn't matter which day(s) you take them/ – lessons with instructors are Monday to Friday from 19:00 to 21:10 and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00
– minimum 4-6 hours per week of independent work on the mandatory material you will have for each week
With distance learning you have much more freedom to choose which hours to take your minimum hours according to the program.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.

Q: I am interested in whether there is a possibility to switch to distance learning under the 'I Can Do More' program, assuming that I am currently attending lessons with another provider, outside Sofia? And if so - under what conditions? I am waiting for your response at the indicated email :)
A: This question is best addressed to your labor office. If they agree, there is no problem for us.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.

I would like to share with you the positive impressions with which I am concluding the course. The program is very well organized, the teachers are extremely erudite and kind. The learning materials available to students are well arranged and sufficient for independent work, as long as the learner spends the required time on self-study, without which language acquisition is unthinkable. Unfortunately, it is precisely such time that I do not have at the moment, which is why I am stopping the course for now.
On your website I read about the offered 'I CAN DO' training program.
As far as I understand, the procedure is as follows:
1. On the website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, I fill out, print and sign an Application where I specify the course I would like to attend.
2. I submit the application to the Labor Office at my place of work, along with the following documents:
– copy of identity card;
– copy of diploma for completed secondary education;
– certificate for completion of a course for acquiring professional qualification (if applicable)
3. I wait for a notification from the Labor Office.
4. I bring it/send it to Kabinata.
5. Kabinata completes and stamps it.
6. I bring it back to the Labor Office to get a voucher.
7. With this voucher I pay for the training at Kabinata.
I have the following questions about the above procedure.
Regarding point 3.
Do you have an idea how long it takes to issue this notification and would I be able to qualify for the listed start dates, in particular I am interested in the last one listed (24.10.2011). And will I retain the right to study at Kabinata under the 'I CAN DO' program if I receive the notification later than this date? I am asking this because I heard (unconfirmed information) that the Labor Office takes months for approval.
Regarding point 7.
How exactly does payment via voucher work? – in person at Kabinata's office or some other way?
Thank you in advance for your time!
Best regards.
A: We are expecting the start of the continuation of the 'I Can Do' program – 'I Can Do More'. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how long approval will take – so far it has been around 4-6 months. We hope the program will become much more flexible going forward.
There is no way to join an already started course under this program, because the list of students is submitted to the respective labor office 7 days before the course starts.
Once you receive the voucher, you bring it/send it to us and we sign a training agreement. No additional payment or deposit is necessary, the voucher is sufficient.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.
Q: Thank you for the quick response.
As far as I understand, approval is indeed slow. In case it doesn't happen by the last date you suggested, can I use later dates that you will offer and do you have an idea how long the validity of this notification is after it is received?
Thank you!
A: We will have a new course every month, we just haven't mentioned the other dates yet.
The notification has a 1-month deadline for choosing a training provider, and you also have the opportunity to extend this deadline up to 3 times with an additional 1 month each.

Q: I have a issued notification under the 'I Can Do' program for allocated funds to study German language. Since I travel a lot, I think your system best suits my current needs. I want to ask if I can register for the course at the end of September, given that my notification is from 22.07.2011 and how many courses can I take with this 700 BGN voucher? Please respond so I can send someone to finalize my voucher, as I am abroad until the end of the month. Thank you in advance.
A: You can register with us for 'I Can Do More'. With the voucher you can take only one course which lasts 6 months (+1 month bonus access) – a total of 7 months. The next start dates are 29.08, 26.09, 24.10. Call our office to stamp your notification or send someone. You can see more here: http://pay.kabinata.com/go.php?r=27055&i=l28&data=blog
Q: Just to clarify, this 6-month course, how many levels does it cover, since I saw that one level is 250 BGN, and yet the voucher is for 700, please tell me if it is possible to take 2 levels for 2 months each because I want more material to cover.
Thank you
Best regards
A: The voucher under the 'I Can Do More' program covers 3 levels, each level is 2 months.
With the Notification we will need:
– course start date /29.08.11, 26.09.11, 24.10.11, 21.11.11, 19.12.11/
– Personal ID number

Q: Do you offer training for level B2 in English? I am approved under the 'I Can Do More' program.
A: We offer training for level B2. Under the 'I Can Do More' program you must take 3 levels over 6 months, each level is 2 months. They are taken without interruption. If you start from level A2, you will take the levels – A2, B1 and B2.

Q: I would like to join the voucher system for training. I am currently in England. I am unemployed. So far I have not submitted applications under this Operational Program and have not had a course at the Labor Office in the last 4 years.
My desire is to study English online and cover knowledge for all levels. After English, I would also like to study German – the truth is I had German at a very good level, but I have forgotten it and would like to refresh my knowledge.
I am also interested in whether you offer Bulgarian language training for English speakers?
Regarding the document you issue after successfully passing an exam – where is it recognized?
With wishes for a successful and smiling week.
I will be grateful if you manage to respond to me as soon as possible, as I am currently researching the most convenient language course for me.
A: The Operational Program we work with is 'I Can Do More', which is only for people who are employed. One voucher covers 3 levels of a given language. Currently in English the highest level we offer is B2 /A2, B1, B2/, and in German – B1 /A1, A2, B1/.
We offer Bulgarian language for foreigners. You can see more information here:
We can issue you a certificate from Kabinata.com.
We remain at your disposal for questions and comments.

Q: Do you offer professional training (for professions) under 'I Can Do More'?
A: Yes, at Kabinata you can study professional accounting (profession Operational Accountant), programming (profession Programmer) and graphic design (profession Graphic Designer). More information on 'I Can Do More' professional courses >>
