About this lesson
In this lesson you will learn the basic vocabulary for family and relatives in English: from "mother" and "father" to "nephew", "niece" and "in-laws". You will practise describing a family tree, using the apostrophe 's for possession. We will look at the structure "have got" for expressing family relationships, as well as how to talk about your relatives in simple sentences. Finally, you will practise speaking – you will present your own family in English.
