The Declaration and Application for candidacy under 'I Can Do More' can be completed and downloaded online. The completed online documents are fully ready for printing and submission to the labor office (including with the appropriate codes).

They are accepted only in paper format; the online forms are for convenient completion and preparation for printing.

All documents

required to apply for 'I Can Do More' are as follows:

  • Declaration and Application (complete online and download fully ready for printing and submission to the labor office – including with codes);
  • Copy of Diploma for completed education (for university graduates and secondary school graduates), with the text 'certified as original' on each page, and when submitting the documents, the original must be presented;
  • Copy of ID card.
  • Card with UIC (Bulgarian identification code) for self-employed persons.

In case the names on your diploma and/or ID card are different, you must complete a 'declaration of identity of names', which you can download from the page for completing the Application and Declaration.

The forms are completely up to date.

The Employment Agency changed the forms without notice on October 15 in the morning. The difference between the old and new forms is just one sentence. In many places, candidates submitted with the old forms because labor office employees were not aware of the change. If you have already submitted, regardless of which forms you used, your documents are in order.

The Procedure

for applying to 'I Can Do More' is as follows:

  • Submission of Application and Declaration;
  • Receipt of Notification from the labor office that the candidate is approved;
  • Language level and training provider are specified after approval;
  • Sending of the Notification by the candidate to the training provider of their choice;
  • The training provider returns the stamped Notification to the candidate;
  • With the stamped Notification, the candidate receives a voucher from the labor office;
  • Submission of the voucher to the training provider;
  • Beginning of training;

Participants in the program choose their training provider freely and completely on their own.

Right to participate in 'I Can Do More' have people working:

  • Under an employment contract;
  • Self-employed.

Unemployed and non-working persons (including those registered at the labor office with benefits) do not have the right to training under the program.

Do not have the right to participate in 'I Can Do More' those working in the public sector (civil servants at state and municipal level, police, armed forces, education, state and municipal health institutions, etc.).

Persons who have used training opportunities under projects and programs financed by OP 'HCD', Program FAR, the state budget or another public source, cannot receive a voucher for the same training.
