About this lesson

The fifth lesson of the B2 course focuses on realistic workplace scenarios: preparing for a meeting, conducting negotiations, presenting arguments, and making decisions. You will practise expressions for agreeing and disagreeing with nuance, conditional structures of the type 'if + past subjunctive + conditional' and concessive constructions ('even though', 'however much'). You will also enrich your vocabulary with collocations and idioms commonly found in the news and in professional communication.
