Lesson 9: Talking About Last Weekend – Travel, Shopping and Opinions
In this lesson we introduce the past tense (pretérito indefinido) for narrating past events, with vocabulary for travel, shopping, hobbies and expressing simple opinions.
About this lesson
In Lesson 9 you will learn to talk about last weekend and short trips, explain what you bought and where you went. We will practise common verbs in the past tense (ir, ser, hacer, estar, tener, comprar, visitar) and time markers (ayer, el fin de semana pasado). By the end of the lesson you will also practise asking for and giving simple directions, and sharing brief opinions about your experiences.
