Lesson 2: Spanish – Lesson 2: Shopping at the Market & Polite Requests (Introduction to Pretérito Perfecto)
Learn how to shop politely at the market, ask about prices and quantities, and talk briefly about recent purchases using the pretérito perfecto.
About this lesson
In this early A2 lesson, you will master essential expressions for shopping at a market or store: how to request items politely, specify quantities, and understand prices. We also introduce the pretérito perfecto so you can talk about recent actions (e.g. 'I have bought / I bought'). You will also practise giving short opinions and expressing preferences — both invaluable when choosing products.
