Learn how to plan a trip, book or modify accommodation, and politely express preferences and complaints in German.

About this lesson

In this lesson, you will build on your skills for real-life travel situations: searching for and comparing places to stay, asking clarifying questions, making changes and cancellations, and handling problems such as delays, noise, and missing amenities. You will practise polite phrasing using Konjunktiv II, essential vocabulary, and key expressions for bookings and transport connections. You will also work on understanding announcements and making short, reasoned complaints.
