In this lesson, we introduce the Perfekt (past tense) with haben/sein and practise shopping in an urban setting, asking for and giving directions, and expressing short opinions.
About this lesson
Lesson 8 builds on your everyday communication skills: you'll talk about how your weekend went, ask for or give a receipt, enquire about a discount, and ask for directions around the city. We'll review essential shopping and city-navigation vocabulary and introduce the Perfekt with a range of common verbs — including separable verbs and verbs of motion.
