A review of the cases (Nominativ, Akkusativ, Dativ), personal pronouns, adjective declension and the questions Wo? / Wohin? in the context of holidays.
About this lesson
In this lesson, we review the three German cases – nominative (Nominativ), accusative (Akkusativ) and dative (Dativ) – and how the personal pronouns change in them. We learn when the question Wo? is used (for location) and when Wohin? is used (for direction of movement). We practise the declension of adjectives after the definite and indefinite article and choosing the correct preposition. The vocabulary is related to holidays, travel and describing objects in the home. The lesson includes a text about a holiday and an Easter quiz from the course material.
