About this lesson
In this lesson we will review the three main past tenses in English: Past Simple, Past Continuous and Past Perfect. We will understand when each of them is used and how to tell them apart through real examples from everyday life. We will practise working with verbs in brackets, choosing the correct form and correcting mistakes in sentences. Through interactive exercises we will consolidate our knowledge and become more confident in using the past tenses.
