The Employment Agency announced that the deadline for training under the 'I Can Do More' scheme is being extended. The following text was published on the agency's website:
In order to ensure proper organization of training under the 'I Can Do More' scheme, as of 19.12.2011, the deadline for conducting training is extended to 31.10.2012 and the project's validity period is extended to December 31, 2012.
It is expected that by mid-2012, the program will receive additional funding of approximately 40 million BGN for training another 50,000 people, according to the newspaper 'Sega'.
The previous scheme – 'I Can Do' – is also being extended until the end of 2013, with the argument that all approved participants should have the opportunity to complete their courses.
