Participants in the 'I Can Do More' program are entitled to use a total of no more than 2 trainings across all its editions – one for professional competency and one for key competency – language OR d

Participants in the 'I Can Do More' program are entitled to use a total of no more than 2 trainings across all its editions – one for professional competency and one for key competency – language OR digital.

That is, if you apply for or have completed language training under the program, you are entitled to only one more – professional, and not for digital competency, nor for language.

And if you apply for professional training or have already used such training under 'I Can Do More', you are entitled to only one language training or one for digital competency.

Persons who have used training opportunities under projects and programs financed by OP 'RHR', FAR Program, the state budget, or another public source, cannot receive a voucher for the same training.

Applying for 2 trainings simultaneously is done with a separate set of documents for each. The documents – Declaration and Application, can be completed online and downloaded completely ready for printing (in .pdf file) and submission to the labor office.

In case the names on your diploma and/or personal ID are different (e.g., when changing your surname after marriage), a Declaration for identity of names is completed.

All documents,

required to apply for 'I Can Do More', are as follows:

  • Declaration and Application (completed online and downloaded completely ready for printing and submission to the labor office – including with codes);
  • Copy of Diploma for completed education (for university and secondary graduates), with text on each page 'true to the original', and when submitting the documents, the original is presented;
  • Copy of personal ID.
  • Card with BULSTAT for self-employed.

The procedure

for applying for 'I Can Do More' is as follows:

  1. Submission of Application and Declaration;
  2. Receipt of Notification from the labor office that the candidate is approved;
  3. Level (for language) and training provider are indicated after approval;
  4. Candidate sends the Notification to the provider of their choice;
  5. The provider returns the stamped Notification to the candidate;
  6. With the stamped Notification, the candidate receives a voucher from the labor office;
  7. Provision of voucher to the training provider;
  8. Beginning of training.
