Approval Criteria

Documents submitted by applicants are accepted at labor offices and registered in chronological order. They are reviewed according to their sequence number in the register. Document evaluation is carried out according to the following requirements:

  • whether the specified training is in accordance with the list of professions for vocational education and training;
  • whether the person's educational level corresponds to the Law on Vocational Education and Training;
  • whether the declared training is not for the same or lower level of qualification held by the person;
  • whether the person has not been enrolled in identical training under projects and programs financed under the Operational Program 'Development of Human Resources', the FAR program, the state budget, or another public source;
  • whether the person falls within the target group of the project;
  • whether the training in a foreign language or digital competency is in accordance with the list of key competencies determined in accordance with the European Qualifications Framework.

Once the documents of candidates have been evaluated, a list of approved and not approved persons is periodically published at each labor office.

In parallel, letters are sent to individuals notifying them whether they have been approved or not approved.

Approved candidates are invited to appear at the labor office to receive a Notification of Selection of Training Provider no later than 5 days from receiving the letter.
